Fake PROJECTS:

Note: To complete the class, you must either complete the projects below or present a "master project" that I approve in advance.

1/ Compositing Reality:
Using a digital camera or flickr to acquire images, create an echo of a project by Anthony Goicolea. Choose either his landscape or his portraits as a model.

2/Blog Culture:
Using the DoubleHappiness blog as a model, collect/create images, sounds to create a large scrolling collage reflecting your concerns about contemporary culture.

3/The Devastating Loop:
Using the work of Aida Ruilova as a model, shoot and edit a short(!) piece that contains dramatic mis-en-scene and a killer soundtrack.

4/Sculpting Video:
Using the work of Paul Pfeiffer as a model, manipulate found footage to remove, add, or change a key element.
