Welcome to Chemistry Department at Brooklyn College
The chemistry department at Brooklyn College has a distinct history recognized by the Americal Chemical Society to prepare chemistry major students to enter the workplace in industry, education or health fields. It also provides a solid fundation for graduates who plan to go on for professional training or to graduate school.
The department offers exciting opportunities for undergarduate and graduate students to
pursue thier goals in diverse area of research. Housed in the Ingersoll Hall, students can conduct
research with a member of the graduate faculty in analytical, inorganic, organic and physical chemistry
and biochemistry.
