Selenium Derivatization of DNA/RNA for X-ray Crystallography
X-ray crystal structure (1.3
Å resolution) of the decamer DNA
duplex [d(GCGTAUSe-MeACGC)] superimposed on experimental electron
density based on MAD phases (two selenium atoms per asymmetric unit, pink).
Data of glucose isomerase with 1.4 Å resolution (practice) was collected at Brookhaven National Laboratory in 2003.
