       PEACE COMMENCEMENT.  High school and college graduates held their commencement exercises Friday night at Webster...  They pledged to fight for a decent life in America instead of a worthless death in Europe.  In the center, above the heads of the gathering, hung the slogan, “No conscription for American youth,” which received the personal endorsement of every boy and girl present.
