How to Approach Writing the Paper: For purposes of writing this report , you should consider yourself a faculty member in the Geology Department at Brooklyn College. You have just completed a research project on the running speed of tyrannosaurs. You now want to publish this work in a professional journal in paleontology. To do this, you would need to write a manuscript describing the work which would be submitted to the editorial board of your target journal, reviewed by a group of other scientists, and if it is acceptable, it would eventually be published as a paper in an upcoming issue of the journal. Your research paper should be thought of as this manuscript.

Organization of Paper: The research paper should be organized along the lines of papers published in the major geological and paleontological journals. Such papers generally consist of the following sections arranged in the following order:
      Title Page
      Abstract
      Introduction
      Methods
      Results & Analysis
      Conclusions
      Acknowledgements
