GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

To work on the investigation of the origin of the landforms of the NY City Region, do the following:
  1. Go to the Landforms Home Page.
  2. In sequence, click on the buttons on the Landforms Home Page to perform the necessary tasks.
  3. Make sure to scroll completely through each page and connect to all links.
  4. Click on the pink button and print out the "Origin of Landforms Checklist".

  5. All the tasks you need to perform are listed on the Checklist. Check them off as you complete them.
  6. The tasks are as follows:
    1. Read and understand the statement of the statement of the problem.
    2. Acquire data relevant to the problem.
    3. Use this data to propose and test hypotheses.
    4. Draw conclusions.
