  - Cannot be felt during a rectal exam
  - Found by accident
  - Surgery for another reason
  - No evidence of spread 
n Stage II or Stage B
  - Tumor involves more tissue within the
      prostate
  - Can be felt during a rectal exam
  - Found with a biopsy 
  - High PSA level
  - No evidence of spread
