MATH/SCI/NET ARRIVES

Brooklyn College has entered into a consortium with seven other CUNY campuses to provide access to the American Mathematical Society's Math/Sci/Net, the Internet version of Mathematical Reviews.

All of the IP addresses on campus have been activated. This means that the database may be accessed from any Internet terminal. It is not accessible from off campus.

Math/Sci/Net includes Mathematical Reviews back to 1940. It includes thousands of reviews and abstracts published annually.

It is searchable electronically in a number of ways:

Author, Title, Mathematics Subject Classification Number, Journal, Review Text, Reviewer, Publication Year, Series or all of the above.

Math/Sci/Net's unparalleled search power combined with the point-and-click ease of the WWW makes inquiries to the MR database easy, fast, and more productive.
