Browse the Current Bibliography of the ARTFL Database. Also browse the New Additions Database. To find an individual title, search the bibliography of 1,880 texts in the Main ARTFL database using the bibliography search form.

Provider of Resource:

The Project for American and French Research on the Treasury of the French Language (ARTFL) is a cooperative project to provide a large database of French language texts. Includes the Institut National de la Langue Française, and the Division of the Humanities & Social Sciences at the University of Chicago.

User Access:

On campus and through the proxy server.

User Help:

Scroll through initial screen to "Query ARTFL Databases." Search the ARTFL Main Database, the New Additions Database, the Provençal Poetry Database, and the French Women Writers Database. Generate a Word Frequency or a Comparative Time-Series List from Main ARTFL database. User Documentation is available from the database provider.
