Aftering having laid
the groundwork for the Survey Project, the Project Coordinator left Brooklyn
College to pursue further career development in librarianship. Efforts
are being made to identify and hire a new Coordinator as soon as possible.

An enthusiastic library
intern from the University of the West Indies (Mona) completed her internship
at the Brooklyn College library. She greatly assisted the Project
by making numerous follow-up calls.

Based on information received from the Deputy
Consul of Trinidad & Tobago, letters and project information were sent
to a large number of organizations.

Letters and project information were sent
to ten Roman Catholic churches and five Protestant churches. A list
of Episcopal churches in the target areas was developed.

Mailings and outreach to different organizations
continued.

Follow-up contacts and meetings with organization
leaders continued.

The Project web site was updated.
