This series consists of letters to Father Gary Rogers, from roughly 1989 to the present.  The letters are largely from former parishioners or from various community groups that actively use space in the Church.  The letters are in no particular order and are included in a three-inch file folder that also holds other, unrelated documents.

This series is made up of Church programs, flyers, journals and bulletins.  Items were saved seemingly randomly and with no attempt at organization.  Dates of publication include 1956, 1967, 1973, 1981, 1989, and 1994.  All publications are located within two three-inch file folders.

The Church keeps numerous Registers, none of which are open to the public due to Church confidentiality laws.  The Church has maintained five types of Registers since it's founding in 1906:  Baptism (8 volumes), First Communion (4 volumes), Confirmation (9 volumes), Marriage (3 volumes), and Death (5 volumes).  All Register volumes are bound and in good condition, stored in a fire-proof safe within the Church offices. 

This series is comprised of Church organizational files including mailing and telephone lists for various Church groups, application cards for Marriages and Baptisms, and collection envelope records.  These records are located in several file drawers, approximately 2-3 cubic feet in volume, in the Church offices.

This series reflects the Church and the surrounding neighborhood, Crown Heights, in the news.  The earliest clippings date to 1991 and are in fairly brittle condition.  The clippings are largely from New York area publications such as the NY Amsterdam News, NY Newsday, NY Times, Daily News, City Limits and The Tablet.  The clippings are in no particular order, included with other, unrelated documents in a large file folder.
