TASK 1:  Familiarize yourself with Italian geography. Find a political map and locate the main cities: Rome, Florence, Venice, Milan, Naples, Palermo. Do a websearch on the geography of Italy, learn about the main features of the territory.

Task 2: Learn the basic history grid of Western civilization, in periods of 500 years each. Watch all the videos.

Task 3: Do a VIDEO research on your own about Italy in one of those periods. Find at least a video of 15 minutes or more and bookmark it for class presentation.

QUIZ 1 due September 4. Download the file and follow the directions religiously.
