IO HO literally means I HAVE. it is followed by the number of years and the word ANNI.

The word ANNI at the end is REQUIRED.

NOUNS and ADJECTIVES form the plural in the following way:

WORDS that end with O → I (bambino → bambini; anno → anni)

WORDS that end with A → E (donna→ donne; idea → idee)

WORDS that end with E → I (mese→ mesi; studente→ studenti; classe→ classi)

WORDS that end with CO - CA GO - GA

The sound of "c" is the hard sound "k". In order to keep the same sound in the plural, it is necessary to add the letter H between C and the vowel.

ESEMPIO MASCHILE

parco (park) if we replaced O with I, the result would be **PARCI
