I believe the first incident took place in October 2019. I was on sabbatical and only checked the apt. sporadically. At first the damage was limited to dirty water dripping into the sink.
MR. ED FEON, the former supervisor, was informed about the leak, inspected the apt and took a bunch of photos. I was under the impression that he would report the incident to the management company. |

6 LATER I found out that the water leak was also
around the medicine cabinet. I took out the old one (which had
started rusting) and I found electrical wires hidden behind it. I
replaced the old cabinet with a temporary solution. The former
supervisor Ed Feon helped me secure the wires.

The leak eventually penetrated along the beam that supports the floor above. This is a shot from inside the bathtub. This damage is still present. I scraped off and applied compound to the bottom of the beam and to the other side, as they had all flaked off.

12 Here you can see the patch-up job I did with drywall
compound, after scraping off the plaster.

25 The water damage continued along the frame of the window. I
had to strip the paint off the entire window.
