The Department provides workshops for Core 8.2 students, leb by Core 8.2 lab instructors, which may be of assistance in preparation for exams, completion of reading assignments, and related concerns, particularly near the start of the semester when the Dinosaur Core focuses on subjects in basic geology. A schedule of workshop times is posted on one of the bulletin boards outside the Geology Department Office (3131N), after about the second week of the semester.
