AV Equipment Loans
In addition to our viewing and presentation rooms, AIT maintains AV equipment closets in 3 buildings on-campus: Room 224 Whitehead Hall, Room 4427 Boylan Hall, and Room 4166 Ingersoll Hall. Each AV closet contains: DVD/VHS/TV combo units, overhead projectors, and slide projectors; all equipment is secured on mobile carts. These shared resources are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the New Media Center service desk for more information and to obtain the key to the AV closet.

Personal Faculty Training
The knowledgeable and helpful staff of the Faculty Lab is available to assist with your computing needs. You may arrange for one-on-one training and assistance with computing projects, either at the Faculty Lab or in your office. Tablet PC / Projector Loans
AIT has acquired a limited number of wireless Tablet PCs and wireless projectors. This powerful combination allows Faculty to access Internet resources and conduct classroom presentations in any space on campus that has just one power outlet (for the projector) and a Wi-Fi signal or Ethernet data port. Wide Format Printing
We are pleased to announce that AIT has the capacity to print wide-format (up to 42-inches wide) posters and banners.
Supported File Formats:
High-resolution PDF, GIF, and JPG with embedded fonts and graphics. Please make certain that your project is properly sized to print (for example, 24" by 36")
You may submit your project on CD or USB flash memory, along with a letter-sized
proof.
Most print jobs will be processed between 3 - 5 business days.
