How to Find Books

The best way to identify and locate books in any library is using the library catalog.

CUNY+ is the Catalog for books at Brooklyn College and other CUNY schools (the Java version is recommended. Note: it can take a few minutes to load).
Not sure how to use CUNY+? Check out some Quick Tips for Using CUNY+.

If we don't have the book you're looking for, try one of these local public libraries

Brooklyn Public Library: GEOWeb Catalog
BPL Website
New York Public Library:

CATNYP the Research Libraries' Catalog
LEO the Branch Libraries' Catalog
NYPL Website

Queens Borough Public Library:

InfoLinQ Catalog
QPL Website

Other NYC Area Libraries online

Here are some other resources you can use to identify books.
Use of the these databases is restricted to users who are on a CUNY Campus, or who choose to use RPA or Proxy for Students or Proxy for Faculty.
