Lemon olive sauce
Food process an entire lemon, rind included, plus some green olives.
Cut up additional green olives, to add to the sauce. Pour over pepper
artichoke salad.
Olive oil. Basil flavored
2 grocery store size bunches of basil, 3-4 garlic cloves, cut in
pieces, tiny bit chili paste (optional). Process in food processor with
enough olive oil to make a paste. Put the whole paste in quartes size
bottle of olive oil. Let sit two/three days. Strain first through colander
then thinner down to coffee filters. Use paste as dressing for rice salad
or sauce for salmon, or potatoes or whatever you want.

Salsa verde In blender, parsley, garlic, one whole lime, capers,
some olive oil. |
