MY RECIPES

About my "cooking philosophy"

This is the equivalent of a scrapbook. Actually IT IS a scrapbook. It is a collection of the notes that I scribbled down after I cooked a meal and I was satisfied with the outcome.

That's why you will hardly find any measurements for the ingredients. I normally wing it, which means that the second time I try to replicate a recipe the result is usually different.

I assumed that if you are interested in new recipes you probably know already the basics of cooking. Here you will find a lot of ideas and, I hope, many interesting new combinations. I meant these recipes as guidelines not as dogmas, so feel free to elaborate and explore.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND

Lots of original mostly vegetarian recipes for home cooking. Nothing too complicated, mixing Italian tradition with Asian influences. Nothing untested: I made each single one of these recipes. Not for beginners. Some experience required (you should at least know the difference between a garlic clove and a garlic head.) Best in the hands of intermediate cooks.
