  End-Punctuation A must for every meal (and complete thought)  

 

By now we all know that we punctuate the ends of our sentences. These end-punctuation marks tell the reader that a complete thought has come to an end.  One of these three types of punctuation marks will always be found at the end of the sentence:  a period ( . ) a question mark( ? ), or an exclamation point ( ! )
